Dealing with Barry from Pensacola Honda was a very positive experience. It took a little while from start to finish but we got the vehicle we wanted at a price we thought was fair.

A few hours into our cross-country journey from Lakeland, FL to Chula Vista, CA for my daughter’s knee surgery, our A/C went out. It was a miserable 2 hours from the Pensacola area but we were able to contact Pensacola Honda. I made contact with Debby and as it turned out, she was instrumental in helping us secure a room at the hotel next door (she actually walked over there to confirm if they accepted pets!) and put a ‘priority’ note on our vehicle. Once we got checked in, I took the vehicle back to the dealership and we settled in. We were notified around 7:00am the next morning that they were able to look at the vehicle the night before and began running diagnostics. By 10:00 the a/c problem was repaired and we were told they were performing a complimentary inspection. Debby personally brought the car around to the hotel so we could reload our belongings. We were once again on our way to California. I think Debby went above and beyond her normal responsibilities. The service techs were made aware of our situation and took care to make sure we would be good to continue our long adventure. We made it safely and ‘cool-ly’ to Chula Vista. If there is an award for best customer service, it should go to Ms. Debby and the crew who serviced our Civic!

I brought my 2023 Honda HRV to the dealership with a broken rear windshield. It appeared that the glass broke by itself without anything hitting it. Colby and the service staff inspected the damage to try and determine the cause and liability. Unfortunately there was no clear answer as to what caused the breakage. Even thought they could not determine the exact cause, they replace the glass under warranty. The expedited the process to get my car back within 1 day. I can’t praise the Pensacola Honda staff, and especially my service coordinator Colby, enough. I shouldn’t be surprised since they have been great with all 4 Honda’s we have purchased from them.

Today I took my SUV to this location because the dashboard light warned me that something was amiss with my tires. I arrived without an appointment and almost immediately all 4 tires were evaluated. A nail was found in one of the rear tires. Within 45 minutes the nail was removed and the tire patched. I was not charged for this service that was efficient and most courteous. Today was an example of great customer service!

Came back again and was a quick ~45 minute job. Car wash as a bonus, and of course I enjoyed free coffee in the meantime. The servicemen and women were courteous and respectful each time.

The individuals I have encountered at the Honda dealership have been quite pleasant, however, I have experienced an issue on two separate occasions with the driver's seat lumbar support. I am 6 feet tall and weigh 210 pounds, but I am not considered morbidly obese. I have owned two KIAs in the past, both of which had driver's seat lumbar support, and I never encountered any issues with them during the five years I drove them. Unfortunately, the lumbar support system in the driver's seat of my 2020 Honda Ridgeline cannot be repaired by the dealer. Perhaps this is an omen of the year 2020. I paid a significant amount for this truck due to the year it was manufactured, and as such, I purchased an extended warranty. After the most recent repair, I did not even make it out of the parking lot before realizing that there was no improvement. After tuning around and going back in to the dealership the service representative informed me that her Honda also experiences the same issue, which does not instill confidence in Honda and in their lumbar support system. As a 100% service-connected disabled veteran, my primary concern is my chronic lumbosacral strain with arthritis and intervertebral disc syndrome. I paid for a driver's seat with lumbar support, and I would appreciate a resolution to this issue.

I was notified by American Honda that a software update was needed for my vehicle. I made the appointment and got in quickly. My advisor is Erika. She took care of having the software updated. My family and I were making a trip this past Saturday from Crestview over to Foley, Alabama in our 2017 Pilot. We made a pit stop at a gas station in Pensacola. Upon returning to the vehicle, and opening the passenger front door, the “trim” piece next to the handle came completely out of the door and the handle came partially out as well. After a few minutes of investigation, I determined that the bolt that holds the trim piece in place (which in turn keeps the door handle in place) had come completely uninstalled. I called the service department at P’cola Honda and they suggested I bring it in and they’d take a look at it. I arrived at the dealership, was immediately greeted by Erica (I think that was her name - I’m getting old lol) and I explained/showed her the situation. She went into the shop area and after about 2 minutes returned with a tech in tow. The tech had a bolt and driver, installed the bolt, and then he and Erica told me to have a good day. I inquired about paying and they refused. Such excellent customer service shown to someone who wasn’t even a customer. They saved what otherwise could have been an abrupt end to our road trip. When the time comes to replace our Pilot (or possibly even my wife’s CRV), we will definitely be making a return trip to Pensacola.

The service people are very nice and professional, but driving home after my oil change my car pulls to the right and the next couple of days I noticed my windshield fluid is not spraying. I forgot to mention it when I brought it in, but I thought they do a inspection and it was not mentioned after the appointment.

Book first regular maintenance with ease on its website on the same day of service. Once driving in air conditioned reception area, I was confirmed the appointment by the rep. The service was done in promised time frame. A pleasant experience! Such a clean environment!

The staff was very courtious and professional. Prompt service and departure. Later that day I returned to the service bay with a question about which fuse was for my turn signals. The info was not contained in my owners manual. A gentlemen who appeared to be one of the supervisors, ask if he could help me. I described my problem, he said lets take a look. In three minutes he identified my problem and repaired the signal light. He shook my hand and I left. Very impressed and grateful!

Courteous service, kept me informed as to progress of repairs. Got it in and out in a week, even though they had to order parts. They throw in a multipart inspection for free. The results are a web page and the link comes in a text message. It threw me a bit that the placard they used had a piece on the bottom marked "claim check" but they didn't give it to me. They look you up by name when you come to pick up your car. They handled all the insurance. All around good experience.

Overall experience with Honda of PNS was positive. I had appt at 10:30 and my care was finished by noon. They did an oil change, general maintenance, safety inspection, and repaired my back hatch to close properly. I much prefer their service to one of the quickie oil change places that charged way more and also did not attach the splash guard correctly afterwards. All service over the past 8 years done by Honda has been done correctly.

Vehicle had repeatedly needed a jumpstart. Auto parts store tested the battery but said it was okay. Problem continue so I took it into the dealership. I got a same day appointment and they replaced the battery and I had no further problems with it.

This place is awesome. I always come here to get my oil changed. My car broke down and have to be towed to this location i met with Richard really nice guy, he answered all my questions and concerns in a timely manner and made sure that i have the best experience. Met him that afternoon to get my car he has the same energy from that morning. This guys is tireless on his customer service.

Pensacola Honda and Curtis Rainey, in particular were exceptional. They answered our many questions patiently and honestly. When the time comes to purchase another vehicle, we will give very serious consideration to Pensacola Honda, and we live almost 1000 miles away.

Sales staff are not on commission. We received nothing but honest feedback to our many questions. Buying a new car can be a stressful experience, but the staff at Pensacola Honda, especially Curtis Rainey, made the process as easy as possible. We will return when it is time for another vehicle.

The transmission fluid was changed. The harness to my rear view camera was inspected due to a safety recall. Debbie took care of my service appointment. She stayed in contact with me by text. Debbie was timely providing information to me as it became available. Checking out was easy and because of Debbie setting the example right from the beginning, I was extremely impressed with my visit.

**Edit:After I posted this review management contacted me. I am leaving the full review up as it’s important for potential buyers to know to watch for this. I will say the management did make things mostly better. After the fact dealings can’t take away from everything you had to go through. Lesson learned for them to be more vigilant. Originally I gave 2 stars overall. My original post: I bought a used Jeep here. The day I actually bought it was great. The problem came when I noticed they did not do agreed work. I was told to bring it back, I am 1.5hrs away, and they would pay for my gas. That's where everything went wrong. They Broke parts and couldn't get vehicle back, they wouldn't provide rental for the week they had it, they also charged me fees I shouldn't had to pay. Never got my gas money either. Found out I was lied to from beginning of sale. The Jeep was actually in auction lot and had known about problems not disclosed to at sales time. They didn't fix problems either. Way more to story and not enough space on this review page.

We had a great experience buying a used Jeep. This is the third vehicle we purchased from Honda Pensacola--all of them have been quality cars. Chris is a good person to work with. My only complaint was how firm they are about the price. The vehicle was priced slightly higher than the Kelley Blue Book value. They would not budge. I requested a few items to be done to the Jeep, including installing a new battery. They did all of them and had the car ready in time for pick up. Great service. Honda Pensacola is a good place to buy used cars and know they will be reliable and quality.

I had heard the car buying process had changed significantly but I was not prepared for how much it had changed until my recent purchase! Life threw a few curveballs and I needed a new vehicle within the next month. I wasn?t exactly sure what I wanted so started searching options online with fuel economy and electric/hybrid as my top priorities. The Honda insight was perfect! However, it quickly became apparent that finding a vehicle quickly was going to be nearly impossible. For each vehicle I would see listed on Cars.com in my area, I would contact the dealer but the car was already sold and they did not have any more inventory until late May/June timeframe; the other kicker was that there were not any guarantees for the timeline. I expanded the search to the entire state and received similar responses. I was super concerned and frustrated at this point but understood that the car buying process had changed. I expanded the search to 1,000 miles and finally found Pensacola Honda! I contacted the dealership and they had an Inisght that had been ordered by another customer but the customer had changed their mind. The vehicle was expected to arrive in three weeks! I immediately put down a deposit and was extremely impressed by the customer service experience during each step of the process! I sincerely appreciated the pre-coordination and planning to minimize my wait time on the day of ?delivery?. I didn't wast any time there! I was impressed with my surroundings and many cheerful folks greeting me. Some one greeted me at the door and got me right where I needed to be. My salesperson (Curtis) listened very carefully and we jumped right into building what I wanted! So we ordered it and got a build date. This all took about 40 minutes! When the vehicle arrived sooner than I expected this visit took a little longer. I appreciated that Curtis took the time to show me all the add-ons assuming nothing and letting me chose what I wanted. Then the well organizing of the paperwork that took a little time since I had two cars to trade in. After that the fun started. Curtis knew I had a F150, a Miata and a Chevy volt. He was very knowledgeable about their accessories and saved time by referencing their operations to my new Honda Ridgeline. Then he focused on the so much more the Honda provided! He assessed my technical abilities and explained things in a way I could understand. In closing he assured me he would be available for any future questions. Then he made a serious attempt to tell me how much he appreciated the opportunity to sell me what I wanted and to be of future service by him and the entire dealership! It’s my second Honda and I’m so glad I bought it. I was also looking at the 2022 Elantra N, but it’s would’ve been $4,000 over my price range. In a time when people and businesses are struggling this dealership went against the tide in Pensacola and decided not to add addendums to their vehicles. Every other dealership we visited did. Our sales person Curtis Rainey found us our dream vehicle (we had to wait for about 2 weeks) and we drove it home in less than an 1 and a half total. That’s crazy! I brought my leased CRV in as the AC wasn’t working properly. The service department was very helpful although they could not guarantee it would be repaired in time for a scheduled vacation mid-week. I stopped in the sales office to ask about an appraisal as I had been receiving emails offering an early buy out. Was told it was actually best time to get the most for my trade as chip shortage. Harrison appraised and helped me get a great deal on a lease of a 2021 Pilot with about the same monthly payment. When I wasn’t sure if it would fit in the garage, they let me take it home and see. The paperwork and finance process was the easiest in all my years of buying/leasing vehicles.

My wife and I were visiting Pensacola for a few days with the intention of purchasing a vehicle for our daughter who will be attending UWF. We are stationed overseas and with the pandemic, we did not have the opportunity to get our daughter settled last year for her freshman year, so nice she decided to stay with us and do her first year online. Given that our time was limited, and knowing that buying a car can be an stressful experience, we were so fortunate to find the Honda Pensacola dealership. Sodas were more important than the customer?

I came into Honda end of 2020 to purchase a used Honda CR-V, and Cynthia was nothing but helpful from the start. Every time I run into a problem and I reach out to her, she is always more than willing to help me. Or find someone who can help me. I would recommend seeing her for any car services you may have! It's been a little over 6 months since I've purchased my car, and she is still willing to help with any problems I'm experiencing. Wouldn't go to anyone else :)

Cynthia was very friendly and polite. If she didn’t know the answers to our questions, she would quickly get the answer. Prices were higher as were in the coast, but they were not willing to negotiate at all.

I am used to being asked if I need help immediately. That was not the case this time. My service manager was busy talking to someone from the company. Additionally, I believe that I will need to take my car back because there are parts of my audio system that do not work the same way that it did when I took it in for repair. I do know that because of COVID some places choose to not give snacks, but providing snacks that are individually wrapped would be preferable to nothing. My husband has a Hyundai and that is what they do for their customers. I am disappointed that Honda did not consider alternatives.

Very knowledgeable about the car and very thorough about helping us with getting a great price and explaining our options with warranties and insurance. Once I got to the dealership everyone was very professional kept me updated on what was going on it took quite a while but I didn?t have an appointment but at least I left with my vehicle in working order. John was wonderful!!!!! My only complaint would be that I tried to go online on Sunday there were no appointments I had a text with someone who was supposed to pass on my information and have someone call me no one called me Monday I attempted to call Monday couldn?t get anybody the front desk was going to leave a note with my name and number and still I didn?t hear from anybody which is why I just presented to the dealership

When we walked into the Honda showroom we were met by salesman Curtis Rainey. We asked to see a CRV hybrid. He took us on a lengthly drive pointing out many of the features of the vehicle.Once back at the showroom we discussed price and other concerns. Mr. Rainey was very informative and answered all of our questions. We decided to go home and decide which vehicle to buy.. We returned the next day and asked for Mr..Rainey who was off that day. A Mr Edwin Leal was assigned to work with us.. We decided on the vehicle we wanted and Mr..Leal completed the transaction with us.. He then spent time with us going through all the features the vehicle had, and how to use them. Both of these gentlemen were outstanding in all respects.. It was a pleasure doing business with them..

Service department went above and beyond when my warranty item failed, they made it right at no additional charge. They also completed some recall work VERY quickly!! Also get that free car was before you get back on the road! 😉
