This holiday season, as millions of people travel to see loved ones for another year, an untold amount of food will be transported in vehicles large and small. To ensure you achieve success in getting the food you prepare to its destination, follow a couple of easy steps so that you don't end up on the hungry side of the holidays!

First, make sure to avoid spills by tightly sealing any dishes with liquid in them. Something as simple as stretching plastic wrap over the top of a pot of green beans can make a huge difference. You can also use masking or electrical tape to secure lids and plastic wrap or foil. After all, if you hit a bump, that green bean juice could quickly become carpet juice.

Second, insulate hot and cold dishes so they arrive at the destination safe and ready to eat. If you don't have specific carriers for your dishes, newspaper and a cardboard box can work just as well. Newspaper especially helps soak up some of the condensation you can expect from cold dishes. From all of us at Pensacola Honda, have a truly delightful holiday season!
