The Clarity Fuel Cell has arrived in the US as Honda continues its push towards reducing its carbon footprint. According to hondanews.com, “the Clarity Fuel Cell has the highest EPA driving range rating of any zero-emission vehicles in America, including fuel cell and battery electric vehicles, with a 366-mile rage rating and a fuel economy rating of 68 combined MPGe (miles per gallon of gasoline-equivalent).” It is the first of three Clarity vehicles that will be arriving in the US this year. The Clarity Electric, and the Clarity Plug-in Hybrid will follow later this year. They are all part of Honda’s goal to decrease its total CO2 emissions by 50 percent by the year 2050. The Clarity Fuel Cell has a spacious 5-seat cabin, it comes with $15,000 worth of hydrogen fuel, and it is being priced at $369 a month.
