That's never been the case with the Honda Civic, a car which blends the brand's style and racing DNA together. For the tenth generation, set to hit dealerships this fall, it's going to get even more of both.
At the New York Auto Show this week, Honda gave us our first glimpse of what we can expect from the new Civic in the form of a stylized prototype. While the concept is decidedly coupe-like, we expect aspects such as its stance, front fascia and body lines to make it onto the upcoming car in some form or another. Honda has also remarked on an American debut for the Type R, which until now, was a European model only.
